Results are estimates

The calculators are provided for education and planning. Results depend on the inputs and on the simplified methods described on each page. They are not a substitute for a professional load calculation (such as ACCA Manual J), equipment manufacturers’ instructions, an engineer’s design, or the building codes that apply to your project. Equipment selection, installation, refrigerant handling and electrical work should be done by qualified, licensed professionals.
