Moist-air properties are calculated with the equations in the ASHRAE Handbook—Fundamentals, including the Hyland–Wexler saturation-pressure formulas over water and ice, at the standard-atmosphere pressure for your elevation. Results are compared automatically against PsychroLib, an independent implementation of the same equations, on every release.
